Notifiable incident reporting begins 1 March
A reminder that from 1 March 2019, you are required to notify Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria (CPVV) of any incident related to the provision of commercial passenger vehicle (CPV) services resulting in:the death of any person the serious injury of any person attendance by police attendance by a health professional. This is a requirement under the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry Regulations 2018. Booking Service Providers (BSPs) and other industry participants who have safety duties, must report notifiable incidents to CPVV: within 10 business days of becoming aware of the incident using the CPVV online form. Note: BSPs are able to notify of incidents on behalf of their drivers and vehicle owners.
