As part of the Victorian Government Emergency COVID-19 Response, the Department of Health and Human Services will be operating a temporary drive-through COVID-19 testing facility on Level 2 of the T4 terminal car park.
The Level 2 testing facility will be accessible via the elevated ramp originating from the northbound lanes of Airport Drive. All other levels remain open to Melbourne Airport Staff Parking card holders. All access to these levels will remain via the Grants Road entrance. All airport staff utilising the T4 car park will use dedicated roads to access car park levels, and dedicated elevators to migrate through the structure. All personnel associated with the Level 2 screening facility will use isolated parking, meal and restroom facilities.
